Hope you will make sure the information is upto date when patient is booking the appointment.

It was really great inconvenience reaching the clinic and finding that clinic is completely closed long back

There was a long wait and finally doctor cancelled the appointment ,not expected from doctors.we were waiting eagerly as the kid was crying with unbearable pain.Its a request never confirm the appointment if the doctors are not free.And don't do it in the last moment.

I had ENT concern so I have rescheduled online video consultation with Dr. Ravi. My consultation was on time and doctor was good. He had heard to all my concern and prescribed some medicine to take. I had recovered with in 1 or 2 days and I am completely satisfied by him. I would like to recommend this doctor for other also.
